On Tuesday night March 12, the 2024 Scholars, Scholar alumni, Foundation staff and friends gathered for dinner at the Glasshouse Café in Canberra to congratulate the outgoing Scholars and celebrate their upcoming Presentation Ceremony at Government House.

“I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet with previous Scholars on Tuesday evening during the Alumni Dinner in Canberra,” said Emma Beal, 2024 Dame Quentin Bryce AD CVO John Monash Scholar.

“I believe the John Monash Scholarship program, by design, attracts leaders of humility who want to work together to push the boundaries of possibility forward and who leverage the diversity of each other's perspectives to collaborate on improved solutions for the Australian community.”

Thank you to all those alumni who have supported this event, in particular May Samali (2014 NSW Premier's John Monash Scholar) who is leading a two-day Leadership Development Program for Scholars, equipping participants with the skills to become better leaders across each of their varying disciplines. Our Scholar community is a talented network and we thank all those who support its continuing growth.
