Named Scholarships
John Monash Scholarships provide talented individuals with opportunity, world-class education, international experience, networks and a platform to create positive, lasting change. Corporate multi-year Scholarships

Government and Philanthropy fixed term Scholarships
Support can be for any multiple of years. The Foundation awards for one, and two year master’s degrees, and up to 3 years for a doctoral degree. Many of our donors choose to establish a Named John Monash Scholarship on a renewal basis and have a multi-year commitment over a specified period of time. For example, the Dame Quentin Bryce AD CVO John Monash Scholarship generously gifted by Tim Fairfax, AC for 10 years of award for Scholars in the Arts. You or your organisation can direct your generosity to an area that you are most passionate about or focus on a priority need for the future within broad skill areas.

Endowed Scholarships
An endowed Named John Monash Scholarship is offered in perpetuity, ensuring there is a Scholar in the field representing you at all times. Your contribution can be made in part or in full at the outset or with an initial commitment that is added to over time until the endowment level is attained. The funds are invested and the income earned is used to fund the Scholarship for generations to come, enabling there to be Scholar ‘in the field’ at all times. By making an endowed gift, either through your Will or during your lifetime, you can support the mission of the Foundation in perpetuity and create a powerful personal legacy.
