2023 John Monash Oration hosted by
Commonwealth Bank
The General Sir John Monash Foundation held is 12th Annual Oration, hosted by one of our partners, The Commonwealth Bank in Sydney on the 23rd of November. The John Monash Oration is an annual event providing insight into different aspects of leadership in Australian society. The 2023 Oration, attended by Foundation members, friends, supporters and Scholars featured the topic - "Transparency and accountability - the essential elements of good leadership". This topic was eloquently explored by our speaker, the Hon. Mark Dreyfus KC, Attorney-General, with a response by Dr Danielle Roosa, 2004 John Monash Scholar.
As the foundation celebrates twenty years of awarding scholarships, we also celebrate twenty years of a partnership with the Commonwealth Bank, which has shared our mission to support Australia's future leaders.
Thank you to our speakers and all who attended.
