2008 John Monash Scholar and CEO of Global Citizen Hugh Evans profiled in Good Weekend
Hugh was awarded a John Monash Scholarship to study a Master of International Relations at the University of Cambridge and is currently one of the leading advocates for the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. His charity Global Citizen has partnered with celebrities and leaders from around the world to fight against systemic poverty.
2020 Bob Hawke John Monash Scholar Chloe D'Souza featured in National Indigenous Times
The John Monash Scholarship has helped Chloe pursue her goal to study a Master of Laws (LLM) at Harvard Law School focusing on Human Rights. As the inaugural Bob Hawke John Monash Scholar and a young Wilman Noongar lawyer she aims to work towards improving legislation affecting Indigenous people and social justice.
