In this podcast we discover her journey to becoming a John Monash Scholar at Columbia Law School, securing a job at New York’s prestigious law firm White & Case, and being mentored by Amal Clooney.

Legal consequences for companies not working towards the Paris Agreement
The New Hope superannuation fund is under scrutiny for claims they are misleading shareholders by stating coal is to “remain a significant part of the energy mix”. These claims are disputed by shareholder activist group Market Forces. They have employed a legal team from the Environmental Defenders Office, which includes Zoe Bush, 2019 Zelman Cowen John Monash Scholar. They argue that the global strategies outlined in the Paris Agreement show how the future of coal needs to decline, informing people otherwise is dishonest and irresponsible.
