Laura is a facilitator and people and strategy consultant, with diverse global experience in Australia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She thrives when working collaboratively with others to problem solve, explore new perspectives and develop solutions that contribute to social justice, inclusion and wellbeing. Laura's facilitation and consulting work enables communities, organisations, teams and individuals to build on their strengths and collaborate effectively. She has a particularly fascination with organisational cultures and developing effective leaders, teams and sustainable workplace cultures to unlock human potential. With a career spanning four continents and in seven countries (Australia, France, Sweden, South Africa, Liberia, Palestine and Mali), Laura has focussed on issues including humanitarian and emergency responses, multiculturalism, refugees and migration, governance, justice, inclusion, mental health and wellbeing, human rights, Aboriginal rights, climate change and community engagement. These experiences have enabled her to achieve positive impacts in all the roles she has held. With her John Monash Scholarship Laura studied a Masters of Peace and Conflict Studies at Uppsala University in Sweden following her undergraduate education in Law, Journalism and International Relations.
