Dr Arjuna Dibley is a law and economics expert whose research focuses on global sustainability issues, including climate change policy, sustainable finance, and energy innovation. His doctoral research at Stanford University focused on clean-energy innovation and sovereign climate risk. He is a Special Adviser at the Smith School for Enterprise and Environment at Oxford University, a Fellow at the Centre for Policy Development and he sits on the board of Environmental Justice Australia. Arjuna also advises public and private organizations on climate change policy. At the time of writing this includes a project delivering clean-energy brick manufacturing processes in South Asia and with an international organization on climate finance. Arjuna has an ongoing interest in South East Asia, a region in which he lived and worked for over a decade. In October 2023 he was awarded the Paul Bourke Award for Early Career Research by the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia.
