The CEO of the ASEAN-Australia Strategic Youth Partnership, Racheline is an internationally recognised youth leader in Asia-Australia relations. She will pursue a dual master’s degree in public policy jointly organised by the London School of Economics and the National University of Singapore.
Profesionally, Racheline is a consultant on Asia-Pacific international affairs. She has managed projects on critical technologies and transnational crime, Japan-Southeast Asia business relations, and stakeholder mapping of economic policy decision-makers. She was previously a Policy Advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and Reset.Tech Australia on multicultural policy and technology policy respectively.
Racheline is an alumnus of the UWA Fogarty Foundation and New Colombo Plan Scholarships, and a 2023 Young Woman to Watch in International Affairs.
Racheline speaks Indonesian, Mandarin, and Japanese, and has lived in Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan, and Singapore.
